› Can I book right now?

Only if a verified host is live in your neighbourhood. Search shows real homes only — when there are none, it says none. Join the waitlist and we'll message you when that changes.

› How do I pay?

You pay WuffMe when you book, into the WuffMe wallet. Your host can withdraw the same amount after the stay ends.

› Does WuffMe take a cut of my booking?

No. The platform earns from host plans, not from a skim on the stay. What you pay is what your host earns.

› What if I cancel?

Cancel before the stay begins and the held amount returns to you. Once a stay has started, the nights already used are owed to the host.

› Can I just pay the host in cash?

You can, but the host has to repay that amount to WuffMe before taking new bookings. Otherwise the wallet — and everyone's record of what was paid — stops meaning anything.

› What if my dog needs a vet during the stay?

Your host contacts you and WuffMe immediately. Emergency vet costs are covered up to the cap shown on your booking.
