If something goes wrong
Message us on WhatsApp during the stay and a human answers. If a booking is disputed, the wallet amount stays held until we've heard both sides — the host can't withdraw a disputed stay.
Emergency medical cap
If your dog needs an emergency vet during a booked stay, WuffMe covers costs up to a stated cap per stay. The cap is shown on the booking before you pay, and the host is told the same number.
