Parent cancels before the stay
The full held amount returns to you. Nothing is released to the host.
Parent cancels during the stay
Nights already used are owed to the host. The remainder returns to you.
Host cancels
You get the full amount back and we help you find another home. Repeated host cancellations remove a listing.
Disputed stays
The wallet amount stays held until we've heard both sides. The host cannot withdraw a disputed stay.
Refund timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank timelines apply once we release the amount.
