Who we are
WuffMe operates a booking platform connecting dog parents with verified host families in Delhi NCR. WuffMe is not the boarding provider; the host is.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment is received into the WuffMe wallet. Both parties agree to the dates, the drop-off and the pickup shown on the booking.
Host obligations
Hosts must complete ID verification and a home audit, host one dog guest at a time unless agreed otherwise, and inform WuffMe and the parent immediately of any injury, illness or escape.
Parent obligations
Parents must disclose medical conditions, aggression history and vaccination status truthfully, and supply the food and medication the dog needs for the stay.
Money
Funds are held in the WuffMe wallet and become withdrawable by the host after the stay concludes. Amounts paid offline in cash must be repaid to WuffMe before the host takes further bookings.
Suspension
WuffMe may suspend a listing or account for false information, unpaid cash balances, or conduct that puts an animal at risk.
